As a Business Analyst in Reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reports used across various departments and tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date reports and providing ad hoc reporting support as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain and update existing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop new reports as needed to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support to stakeholders, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to established reporting standards and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in reporting workflows.
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and cleansing activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in reporting or data analysis is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
